Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

At SwiftSaver, we respect your privacy and we have built the service around the idea that you should be able to use it without handing over personal information. This policy explains, in plain language, what information passes through our systems when you use the tool, what we do and do not keep, who else can see technical data during transmission, and what choices you have. By using SwiftSaver you agree to the practices described below. If anything here is unclear, you can always reach out through our Contact Page and ask us directly.

1. Data Minimization

Our guiding principle is to collect as little data as possible. We are not in the business of building profiles of our users, and the service is designed so that we simply do not need most of the information that other websites routinely collect. Specifically:

  • No media storage: We do not permanently store, host, archive, back up, or otherwise keep copies of the files you download through the service, whether that is a Reel, a photo, a Story, or any other supported format.
  • Temporary processing only: Links you submit are processed only for the length of time required to generate a working download URL and deliver it to your browser. Once that process completes, the request is not retained in any long-term or searchable form tied to your identity.
  • No accounts: We do not require logins, passwords, usernames, email addresses, or social media tokens of any kind. There is no account system to create, and therefore no account database containing your personal history.
  • No linking of downloads to a person: We do not build a history of what any individual visitor has downloaded over time, and we do not associate submitted URLs with a persistent user profile.

2. Infrastructure Logs

Like virtually every website on the internet, standard network data such as IP addresses, browser and device type, referring pages, and timestamps are visible to our hosting provider and content delivery network as a normal part of how web traffic is transmitted and served. This information exists at the infrastructure level regardless of what any individual website chooses to do with it, because it is required for basic internet routing to function. On our end, this data is used only for performance monitoring, diagnosing errors, and preventing abuse such as automated scraping or denial of service attempts. We do not sell, rent, or share this infrastructure data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use behavioral tracking cookies, cross-site advertising cookies, or third-party marketing pixels. Essential cookies or similar technologies provided by our hosting infrastructure or security providers, such as those used to prevent automated abuse or ensure a page loads correctly, may still be set as a normal part of operating a secure website. These essential technologies are not used to track you across other websites and are not sold to third parties. You can control or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, though doing so may affect certain site functionality.

4. External Links and Third-Party Content Delivery

When you use SwiftSaver, we return links that point to external content delivery networks and servers operated by third parties, not by us, in order to make your download possible. Once your browser follows that link to retrieve the actual media file, you are interacting with infrastructure outside of our control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, data collection, or security standards of those external services, and we encourage you to be aware that any service you interact with, including the platforms that ultimately serve the media, may have their own separate data practices.

5. Children's Privacy

SwiftSaver is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age required by applicable law in their jurisdiction, which is generally thirteen years of age in the United States and may be higher elsewhere. Because the service does not require registration or the submission of personal information to function, we do not knowingly gather identifying information from anyone, including minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information in a manner not covered by the general infrastructure logs described above, please contact us so we can address it.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data that does pass through our systems, including the use of encrypted connections between your browser and our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the service at your own discretion, and we recommend keeping your own devices and browsers up to date as an additional layer of protection.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Because we do not maintain accounts or persistent personal profiles, there is generally no stored personal data tied to you individually for us to provide, correct, or delete on request beyond what may briefly exist in infrastructure logs. You may stop using SwiftSaver at any time, and doing so ends any ongoing data transmission associated with your visit. If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants you specific data rights, such as the right to request information about what limited technical data may exist, you may contact us and we will respond consistent with applicable law. If you do not agree with this policy, your option is to discontinue use of the service.

8. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not engage in cross-site behavioral tracking or advertising profiling in the first place, our practices remain the same whether or not this signal is present, and there is currently no industry-standard way for us to formally respond to the signal beyond the privacy-minimizing approach already described throughout this policy.

9. International Users

If you are accessing SwiftSaver from outside the country where our servers or hosting infrastructure are located, be aware that any information transmitted, including standard infrastructure logs, may be processed in a different country than your own, which may have different data protection laws. By using the service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our infrastructure, or applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of SwiftSaver after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. Questions? Reach us through our Contact Page.
